Now is touring season yup , just came back from one, I'm thinking of cramming in another one before the year
end how realistic is touring in late October\November\v early December? , ie going to the South of France and probably hugging
the south coast to Spain/Portugal. Considering last year the Uk was quite warm around these times.
I mean I obviously don't want to be freezing my balls off but again don't want to be spending hours warming up
my tyres which is stuff which happens in the UK, added to the fact I'm going to attempt to save the £ by camping
and taking as little as possible and thus I'll only have a tank bag and a tail pack (no paniers this time).
e
Any thoughts?
Thanks. ____________________ Spain 2008France 2007Big one 2009 We all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will. In the end, your life will flash before your eyes. Make sure it is worth watching. |

I have done France/Spain/Potugal in late September, the weather is anywhere from cold and wet to dam roasting. Pushing your luck with the camping at that time of year though, the rainstorms come without warning and carry a hell of a soaking.
