A stolen bike section in general would be great, considering this and visordown are two of the most popular biking forums in the UK where people would actually look.

Keep the VIN and engine numbers private. Registration number can help, but as Lone-Wolf put it in this thread

Description, make, model, colour scheme, any unique identiication points, modifications, etc might help as well as location and approx time. Anything else is maybe asking for problems down the line.

Don't forget the DATATAG numbers so if people buy fairings/panels off of ebay they can LOOK UP THE NUMBER

Don't know about you but I have a serial number on most plastic parts of my bike that says (eg) DAT928193812...

Oh great, something I'm really sure I suggested at least six months ago, and was told to shut up, it's not worth the thought. Something which now seems to be getting credit as an idea(which is good). Rolling Eyes
