If you mean a Hayens manual, unfortunately your out of luck mate.

Hayens don't do one for the RG.

Dunno how relevant this manual will be, but:

https://www.bikehps.com/acatalog/BikeHPS_OnlineStore_Suzuki_Workshop_Manuals_10.html

(Very near the bottom of the page).

Not cheap, mind.

Exactly what are you wanting to do to the carb? The carb should be fairly simple to work out to be honest.

If your just after giving it a clean just make sure you don't turn any of the adjustment screws and you'll be fine. Simply take the float bowl off and clean that out. then give the carb body/mouth and all the other bits a good wipe over and flush out with petrol/wd40/whatever cleaner you fancy using.

As long as you make sure you rinse it all off after cleaning then yeah use toothpaste if you want. Hey it'll help white and freshen your bikes breath too. Laughing

Suzuki workshop manuals are pretty expensive, my RGV one cost £43 and it wasn't even hardback. Though to be fair it was very good.
