Hi all, i rode my mates GS125 today, (private land officer Rolling Eyes ) and he said it won't wheelie at all, so i said I'll try, and first time the front popped up real high so i had to step on the back brake to put the front down as i wasn't expecting it. I had a couple more attempts and it was a piece of piss to get the front up, you don't really need to shift your weight like i have to on my 50, and its nice and smooth aswell.

So i'll get to the point, is this just because it's a bigger bike? or because its 4stroke and has more torque than a 2T 125? as i might get a 125 to do my test on and might get something like that as i'd imagine them being uber fun to ride for a few weeks.

Ta. Wink

a 2 stroke can make more torque than a 4 stroke in the mid range and when the power valve opens make near twice the hp of a 4t. It's just that once a 2t is in the power band it feels all top end..You'll find a restricted 2t makes more torque than a std 13bhp 4t much lower down the rev range
