craig where can you get speakers put in your helmet? i cant stand in - ear headphones, osi want to get music somehow.
another one i'm considering is a soundbug (dunno the website, tap it in at google) on my petrol tank, turns the tank into a speaker.
would be shite on a 2 stroke tho, the engine is too noisy.

Hi

From what I hear, using 2 earphones is not specifically illegal, but they can do you for driving without due care and attention. Single earpiece is legal. A personaly stereo drowns out lots of outside noise. The intercom ones normally stick to the inside of the helmet and make no difference to what else you can hear

We just bought a bike to bike intercom at the BMF show to use on hols. Gave it a try today (had to go for some new tyres on the Bandit), just with 2 of us on the same bike. Charlotte had her earplugs in (the ones moulded to fit your ear) and could barely hear the intercom when stationairy, with not a hope at 30. Without the earplugs it was fairly useable up to about 40. Anything more than that and all you could hear was the muffled squark as the talk button was pressed, so then time to slow down to hear what was being said

All the best

Keith

Ive done it a couple of times when ive had to go on long journeys like: york to Peterbourgh (3 hours) and York to Newcastle (2 hours).

The reason i dont do it most of the time is cause i can't be arsed with em, it tales me a good ten min to position them any where near comfy and id rather spend that time riding. Although my friend has some earplugs which go really deep into ur ear and he wears them pretty much every day.

Oh and if its illegal to wear two earplugs , how come u wear two on ur test? which i Laughing passed Laughing last Laughing friday Laughing !!!!!!!!!!!!! Laughing

And i find my self singing all the time when im bored on the york ring goin to college, to really shitty music sometimes. I even found my self on the way home singin sophie ellis bexter - take me home. shit did i just admit that Rolling Eyes
