I need to justify my need for a 16 ip block and although I've sent an initial reply to my isp they want a more detailed explanation.

Has anyone ever prepared anything I could take a look at to get some idea of what they need?

The last time I did a IP address justification (a couple of years ago now) all I said was that it was for web, mail & ftp site hosting. That was accepted with no question.

well..... why do you want a block of 16 ip addresses?
