Its a problem cuz johnny foreigner is a bastard and makes it stupidly hard to deristrict a bike thats made for him.

Yes the bike is brand new .. only have 180 miles on the clock now

I will wait until it is ran in, but i cant find HOW or Where to get it unrestricted...

all brand new nsr's are the restricted 12hp ones. You'd have to wait until it's properly run in before de-r-ing it. I'd say any good Honda dealer would do it for you.
