Basically having thought of finances and what I might want to spend on a VFR 400 and it's 'tarting up' without spending idiotic amounts of money on let's face it, an old bike, I've realised I'd only be able to buy the front end of a Tyga Performance body kit for it. So if someone could be kind enough to photo shop the seat unit / back end of the old VFR bodywork to the rest of the Tyga Performance bike from the two reasonably similar coloured bikes (as I'd have the units sprayed to match) I would be very grateful as I want to make sure it actually looks good. Karma cookies for any help... Laughing

P.S Feel free to use any combination of standard VFR / Tyga Performance bikes with the original back end and Tyga performance front end if you think the one I have attached isn't that great to work on.

totally agree with palmer.

just leave as it should be, its a classic shape, and imo looks miles better than all that tyga crap.

it would look terrible if you just had the front tyga fairing on.

The extra money you're going to be paying, you might aswell go for an RVF. I agree with the above.

It's 300 quid for the front fairings and to be honest I just don't like the look of those round headlights on the front as standard, it just looks old and out-dated, that's why I wanted to see how it'd look. Any help anyone? Sad

The Tyga's not too bad, but if you really have to, opt for the rear end, not the front.....the lights are a bit of a let down.

If it was my bike, I'd keep it stock. Spend your money on suspension/tyres instead. Or petrol.

Personally i think the Tyga looks really cool, kinda GP'ish!

Posting a better photo of the VFR stock might be a better idea, i couldnt seem to find any decent ones in a good resolution!

Why dont buy it?

If he likes the bike and wants the new bit, i cant see a problem.
I would have done it for him, but I have no photoshop and no knowledge.

I'll have a look later to see whether I've got some old 'shopped templates I made when designing my paintjob...it's a rear end on a standard front though.

Hi there, I mocked up the tyga front on the standard rear in photoshop. I just continued the paint lines already on the bike so you could get an idea of how the front would look. I'm not that good at designing paint schemes.

Where did you guys find the side on pics?

I couldn't find any and ended up working with dodgey angles ...

Quite embarased at my attempt as I work with photoshop as an extra income now and again, lol ...

Oh well ...

Just remember, it's not to scale and the angles are a bit off, due to not being able to find close images, so alot of re-scaling and "sqewing" (tecnichal(SP?) term Rolling Eyes Laughing) ...

Anyway, will attach the image below.

And I agree with Craigs23 ... Front end looks good stock whilst it's rear could do with a facelift. Possibly not quite the amount the Tyga kit does, but I dont think there's other available.

I actually personally think the Tyga bodykit looks awesome, thanks to everyone who had an attempt at doing some photoshopping. Karma for you... Very Happy . From what I can see it looks pretty nice even with the old back end, does anyone know of any newer back ends that could fit onto this bike without too much hassle? again, karma cookies for any help... Laughing

The tyga front looks nice but is let down by the silly lights imo - they've styled it on a gilera runner or something equally chavish.

Nothing looks better than a really well painted 'normal' VFR.
