2 Weeks on a bike and....

Im already begining to flaunt the law...

When I bought the bike, I paid extra and had the bike restricted even though the dealer said you hardly ever get caught,

When I insured the bike I didnt lie and say it was in a garage, even though its in a locked 6' walled yard, that you can only get to if your a resident and have a key to the locked gates at either end of the alley.

Yet today I couldnt resist any further. I went a bought a......

Which is why when I went flying round a corner this morning on my way to work, backfiring like a mother-forker, and almost piled into the back of a queue of cars, which were there because of the police roadblock, and hopped off of my bike, leaking fork oil onto the road, and 'bowled' over to the copper, flipping my black visor up and calling out, through my muzzle/breath guard thing, "Oi... how long you shutting this road off for", the copper answered my question and let me go on my merry way, not even calling out after me because my tail-light has blown, and I was missing a front 'L' plate...

I told my insurance the bike is garaged.

But it's actually inside my house, in the entrance hall.

There wasn't an option for 'Inside the house' when I filled the form in

with my insurance if it is stolen from outside garage/locked building then i just have to pay a bit more excess.

basically 1 bike was in brick shed and the other was house till i could change the doors on shed, so i told insurance it was in a locked brick building. we hardly put the bike in the house as it was a lot of hassle AND it was used all the time. so we anchored it outside.

like i say if it was stolen overnight from outside the shed it was another £100 excess so it would be worth lying and saying its in a locked building ie house, even if its not.
