This weeks MCN front page.

This one involves a letter that was sent to the goverment signed by 8 of the most influential kill joys:

Transport 2000 amougst others. It basically states that they should cap motorcycles outright power or by cc as a cost effective way of reducing road deaths.

I don't know how much truth's in it, but it led me to think about something.

I've noticed that every week or so there's another piece in a paper about reckless bikers videoing themselves going silly speeds, then plonking the video's on youtube.

Then the local authority says they'll do everything they can to catch the offenders, knowing full well they can't because of lack of evidence.

It's stuff like this that will probably lead to a knee jerk reaction from the goverment, involving speed limiters or a cc/power cap, because the general public will view us as a bunch of brainless hooligans.

Usually preachy shite isn't my style, but unless we get the few that are doing this to see the error of their way it could be a much bleaker future for the rest of us.

If you want to ride like a dick fine, but don't video yourself and whack it up on youtube, or do 130mph stand up wheelies outside a kitten sanctuary.

What I thought was particularly good about his riding was the little trip onto wet, closely spaced kat's eye's at 174mph.

Nice control there mate. Neutral

thats the first time I have seen this, That is rediculous overtaking line of traffic on blind bends over solid lines causing one car driver to swerve a little, when he hits top speed he was obviously speeding crossed the solid white lines into a crawler lane, I cannot believe he attempted that maneuver.

Instead, get a job with the BBC and televise yourself on one of Britain's most watched TV shows braking road, that's perfectly fine Neutral.
