leaky petrol tap.... rrv blade

the tap is done up tight, but it is still a bit leaky,so ........

can i use P.T.F.E tape(or whatever its called? or will the petrol rot it?

or maybe locktight?

or any other ideas

no petrol rots rubber and silicone stuff, even rtv, you need ring up a dealer to get a gasket, wont set you back much, gimme a rong to get quotes, could try gasket paper, but it might leak through.

i did not relise there was a washer/ gasket thingy.
