Cant sleep so going for a ride

Its 4.33am and im wide awake.. ive never been for a long ride in the early morning before, ill probably go down to the coast or something.

I went for a lovely long ride along the coast today, took my camera. Not done that in ages because of the crap summer we had. Really enjoyed it.Also its nice going out early morning when no one is about you can catch the sun rise.
