Hes been a Para, an SAS man, street Fighter plus lots of other things. The mans attitude is nothing short of incredible. During SAS selection even the Instructors thought he was tapped in the head.

His book is worth reading. If he was not such an achiever his attitude was see him branded as a nut job..but his persistence, love for pain and ability to get results marks him IMO as a fucking champion.
