socks and sandals

Guy at work has been wearing socks & sandals for most of the summer despite constant piss taking. We keep telling him its just so wrong, but he carries on wearing them. He reckons theres nothing wrong with it. The only think we can think of is that its a southern thing. He's from the Oxford area originally.
Is Oxfordshire really full of racid socks wrapped in jesus boots?

I'm wearing socks and sandals now so .

They are 'all terrain' sandals. I wear them to work. Gotta have socks on because I have to keep changing into wellies, wellies with no socks are just nasty.

Because I wear wellies a lot, my feet are also nasty. Socks and sandals are a compromise so I can air my feet yet not impose them on the general public.

Thats a horrific picture! right before breakfast to. One of my old teachers in school used to do this heinous act and it turned my guts. Its a complete turn off. My friend and I years ago where checking out some fit man on security camera that came into a shop we worked, we scanned him down and we found socks and sandles! How we left the camera quick. Its not right! Whats worse for me is ankle swinger trousers and seeing socks, and dirty trainers

He's wearin em all the time. Not just for a bet. On monday he pushed it to the limit by wearing blue and white socks with his name embroidered on the tops. I tried getting a picture but he wouldn't stay still. just picture it. dark blue socks with white toes, together with light brown sandals.

I'm from Oxfordshire and its a big no round here , I haven't seen anyone do it round here for a while.

It does tend to be older people that do that anyhow, probably due to manky feet?

But either way I think with or without socks sandles are a nooo anyhow.

Sandals in general are wrong... fucking hate them, look stupid and I hate feet. would never catch me wearing sandals! socks with sandals are better cos least then you can't see the feet but I hate sandals in general.
