Just got the following from Hein Gerick

Quote:

Hallo Biker(in),

Hello Biker(in), from current cause we would like to inform you about the fact that we offered a H4-Birne without legally prescribed e-marking. Should they a Hein Gericke H4-Birne (part number 31661300185? 2,95) from us (without e-test characters and three-figure permission/numeric code), offer we acquired to you the free exchange against Philips a H4-Premium-Markenbirne in the value of? 6,95 on. In the case concerned you turn please to a Hein Gericke branch in your proximity. Those the standard appropriate H4-Birne (part number 31661300185) was taken with immediate effect from the sales. We regret this incident much and hope for your understanding. Yours sincerely, Its Hein Gericke team

Seems due to the format, it's a notice they'd send out to newsletter subscribers etc..
