Well i was in Amsterdam at the weekend, having a good load of fun, get back to find my tl isnt quite in the place i left it along with many other minor things that only a bike owner would notice.
I didnt leave alot of fuel in it so i go to check the mileage, doesnt turn on, it has been left with parking lights on, so i cant bump the thing because its so flat the immobiliser wont disengage, and the suzuki bolts of cheese have seized on the battery.
After poking around and asking neighbours it was confirmed my brother stole it, what a fucking retard, i bet he ragged the fuck out of it from cold and burn out more of my nearly gone clutch.

Fucking bastard is 23, i thought he grew out of stuff like this ages ago, if he didnt fuck his Golf 2.8 v6 4-motion id take that out for a good rampage but like everything else he owns, he fucks it.

If he was my brother I would have stoved his head in with a lead pipe by now.

That's well off Wave, he needs his head testing! I take it you're going to 'have a word' with him at least?

In that case if he was my brother he'd be getting a visit off Old Bill.

If he wants treating like a brother he should act like one. That is a proper, proper scummy thing to do. Thumbs Down

one of my mates in his younger and more stupid days took his mums brand new car for a spin without her consent, crashed it into a tree then ran off. Police recovered it, and his mum decided to press charges to teach him a lesson. Maybe do something along those lines if you are feeling miffed enough?

Sorry to hear that Wave. Thumbs Up I did chuckle though

It made me think of the time I came back from work early 1 thursday afternoon and my car was not on the drive.

Didnt think too much of it though as my mom often borrowed it in the day.

I was in the living room and my 15 year old brother (At the time) and 3 of his mates pull on the drive in the car.

I heard out his bull shit excuse out of courtersey then gave him a nice black eye for his efforts. It was my first car which I was learning in, it was ancient and ugly but I was only 17 and didnt care, it was still my pride and joy at the time and he stepped over the line.

We laugh about it now and there would be no way I would even try and black his eyes now! Laughing

I would kind of expect this, if it was 5 years ago, but he is a Adult who should know better than too steal his little brothers bike, its not exactly a slow bikes he has only ridden a 125 and that was many years ago.
Its a bit of a shit to ride at the moment with the clutch, so god only knows what he got away with, i hope a speeding ticket or something comes through, ill have no hesitation in telling them who was ridding it.

Indeed as if not and you do get a speeding ticket through you may be done with letting him ride it without insurance so you will either take the ticket or play roulette with naming him the rider at the time.

You say he is an adult, then let him take responsibility or he will never learn.

If he's never ridden a big bike, taking the TL means that he basically risked his life.

Hide the keys for his sake, as well as for your bike's sake.

What's the matter with you? When you see him go immediately into full-on-attack mode and do as much damage as you can before he does ya.

You'll only have to do it the once I guarantee it then he'll leave your shit alone.

Thing with the "get into a fight every other week" type is they wouldn't really care even if you gave them a beating even if you could as they're probably used to it and will just shrug it off.

Better to get revenge properly.
How about photoshopping them with, well I'm sure you can think of something, then putting up "wanted for acts of public indecency" along with your photoshopped pic in the pubs he goes to Smile.
