Anyone know anyone in the Blackburn area who would hire a van to a 19 year old for three hours on Saturday, to take my bike for its MOT?

Cheers.

No insurance, and it isn't registered and has no numberplates.

Seems reason enough Smile I was thinking the same as mattjs895

Thumbs Up

Most hirers will charge for a 24 hire period.

You've got a lot more chance with the smaller companies at that age.

You'll usually struggled under 25 to rent a van. However you can't hire one for 3hours, it's 24hours minimum usually which will be about £50 probably.

Ryder may hire to you, or Beeston van hire but you're also under 21 so may not be able to rent one at all. When I was 21 no one would rent other than those above but were very expensive for a whole weekend (as it was bank holiday) I ended up getting one off some scummy local place, rusty heap of an LDV. Get someone with a car and trailer to take it for you.

I've decided to get it SVA'd first, so the biggest hurdle is out of the way.

So panic over for now.

Hopefully housemate will have had his 4x4 fixed by the time I do get the MOT Smile
