No idea. Not really all that usefull to know anyway.

Even if you had it written on somewhere, you'd get O- until they'd crossmatched you. You could have borrowed/nicked the item it's written on and if they get it wrong, it could kill you.

I used to donate blood regularly, but whenever I go nowadays, I'm always anaemic Shocked

Never did get on with taking iron tablets, makes ya shit sandy, so I just try and eat more green leafy veg and cereal before I go to donate blood. But its always slightly too low Sad
