leave them , you squeeze them it reduces them for a bit , but you do it badly and or the pore gets infected it'll leave a scar which needs £££££££££££ laser treatment (to the tune of 2-5K) to correct.

yeah, i was a spotty fucker when i was young, i used to prick them with a pin followed by a gentle squeeze.
That way theres no "explosion"....

Quite lucky (or just clean? ) But ive never really been "spotty". Get one crop up every now and then. Always seems to be a big fucker which hurts and just wont "go" when you squeese it. case of keeping it clean. Goes in a day.

Love em, the noisier the better.

Its easy to keep it clean, pop it and squeeze till every last little drop of the bad stuff is out, when its completely flat and just blood is coming out just put some vaseline on it to seal it, nothing gets in or out, it dries slowly and eliminates the scabbing.

One thing my mum told me never to do was squeeze them and i didnt. I had acne when i was a teen even up to a few years ago. Changed diet drank water and i havnt had a spot in years, you wouldnt even know i had spots as a teen, not one scar.

Apperantly i read somewhere, that its perfectly normal to squeeze them lightly, but if your having to press with real force, thats when its bad.

Also, when squeezing, you should only squeeze the white/green/yellow puss out and stop as soon as blood is drawn.

The missus loves to go to town on mine, not that I'm a particularly spotty git, but she will check every nook and cranny so she can inflict pain.

I got my revenge though. I grew a bit of a beast on my back, she moved in for the kill, and the resultant squirt went right up her nose. Cue much screaming.

Fortunately I don't get bothered too often with them. However, that particular brand of spot you get if while shaving you nick your top lip... Those are really annoying and if you do decide to squeeze it, it usually ends in tears.

Also in the above category one can include those spots that form just on the inside of your nose... Oh aye, and in your ear...
