I was flicking through reasonably affordable bikes when this popped up (yes I am aware insurance on a bike like this at 18 would be a joke) and I can't help but think this can is beautiful, it's huge and yet does not look like a skud launcher unlike the RSV can, it's a can a person can be proud of, rather unlike those stupid stubby cans that just look stupid most of the time. I wouldn't want to get pulled with an exhaust like that on with a restricted license though... Laughing JUst out of curiosity can anyone also explain to me why there seem to be two different 636's (one with the headlight as shown in the picture and another with a headlight that looks a lot more similar to that of the zx10r however both bikes are the same age... Confused )

Looks a bit out of place though. Somehow doesnt look like its lined up with the bike properly or something.

That is one of the worst looking exhausts I have seen.

Almost as bad as this one:

I think all aftermarket Hi-Level cans look horrible.

Each to their own I guess. I think it's nasty and a shoddy fit, looks pants all round.

Indeed. Ugly. But then I always though that model was pretty ugly in general.

There's many different styles of ZX6r, as they generally change them every two or three years.

Heathen Rolling Eyes , best looking ZX6 by far the 03/04 model is. Not that I'm biased or anything. Wink

I had a high level can on mine ( came with the bike ) I eventually took it off and changed it, I ended up not liking it. The can in that picture is nice on it's own but not as a high level job. It's too long nad not inline with the bike.

Here's what I had and what I changed too.

Those High level ones look wrong, I can understand using a high level exhaust if it tidies the lines of the bike up.

High levels look shit.

The exhuast itself is nice though, i've got the plain titanium dual port blue flame evo 3 on my '02 zx6r, sounds nice even with the baffle in Twisted Evil

The link pipe looks all wrong coming from around the swinging arm.

It would be better if the pipe appeared out of the side of the tail unit and if the silencer was perfectly parallel to the tail unit. Otherwise it just looks like a waste of pipework and a complete lash up.

It looks like a frog! While styling doesn't bother me much and I would consider buying one if I was in the market for that type of bike, I'd definitely prefer not to think that people will see me riding a frog.

I actually don't think your can and the one McGee posted are quite as bad as the one in the link, as they at least follow the lines of the bike.

The new speed trip has high levels as standard.

IMO unless the standard pipe is Hi-Level, it looks lame, the link pipe is always stupidly long and the can just doesn't look right.
