what battery on a sv650??

hi, the batterys shot in my sv.
i've got a battery in the shed and wondering if it'd be ok??

its a YTX5L-BS 12v 4Ah yuasa (i'd check the sv battery but its got no markings!)

i did buy it for my nsr a few month ago but didnt end up fitting it,
so would this battery be ok on the sv??
or what battery do i need???

I think it'll probably work for a short time

BUT

them amp hours on the battery seem a bit low a very rough rule being the bigger the cc the more amp hours you need, since deeply discharging batteries knackers them quickly,

Just checking a few battery websites (NTV needs a new one soon) typical SV replacement batteries are 11amp/h batteries, as said its the initial turnining it over and starting it that requires the battery after that the jenny should take care of it
