I was doing the usual morning commute from the bedroom the toilet and
bang I hit me little toe of a chair leg.Man it hurt.I could fall off the bike
and jump back on but this would take down any man. Smile
I must put my bike boots on first in future. Idea

Paddy.

I have a cracking bruise on my knee where I messed up a commando-flip over a railing yesterday. Admittedly I was wearing wellies and oilskins at the time.

I was being chased by a bull at the time so it was either commando-flip or superman because it was too high to hurdle and I didn't have time to climb over. All things considered, I think the flip was the right option.

Faceed with a choice of a briused knee or an agree bull?
I'd choose the knee every time! Very Happy

Its strange that something like stubbing your toe canbe so sore, you'd think that evolution would have ironed out these weaknesses yet we still have tiny boney extrusions on the ends of our feet. Same with elbows, by location, they're bound to bump into things, when they do; its so sore its funny.

I wonder why we have nerves in our teeth, could they not just be solid ivory or something? Having had route canal work done (which in itself wasn't in the least bit painful) the run up to it on the other hand was hell on earth.

Did that whilst going up the stairs the other week. I must stop taking them 3 at a time. Doh!

Broke my big toe, it went a lovely black colour, and seems to have settled down a bit now, albeit I can't flex it very far.
