I forgot to take my license to court with me so I had to hand it in after, courts filled all the nasty offences in and sent it back to me.

Then I get a letter from the DVLA requesting details of what offences I was charged with etc, so I fill it in and sent it back.

Now the dick heads have sent me a fucking letter saying I never replied so they're revoking my license and if I want to appeal I have to appeal to magistrates!

How fucking stupid are they, for a start why can't they just get the information from the courts, now I've got to fucking appeal which is going to cost me more time off work and give me a fuck load more hassle than I need.

Incompetant bastards, I'll appeal and the fuckers will probably send me a blank license back with no motorcycle entitlement, STUPID FUCKING ARSEHOLES.

I feel your pain man, I've had to deal with the courts, DVLA and revokation and it's a fucking tedious process to say the least! It would help if they got it right themselves!

Unlucky, they sent me my licence back a couple weeks ago with an offence i never committed on it, and with no XX99. Nice one, just saved me about £400 on insurance.

All a bit late now but just a little info really that helped me out when registering a new bike.

There are local DVLA offices around the country (just google or the DVLA website) and they are like a strange post office really, but the person behind the desk will check your paperwork and make sure that all the 'i's are dotted and 't's crossed.

As it stood I was missing various pieces of paperwork and if I had waited for Swansea to tell me this it would have been weeks. So off I went and returned the next day, all checked stamped and then they sent it off to Wales for me Thumbs Up

Red tape and procedure sucks big time.

Y'know Shaun, for all the crap you throw at other people do you really expect anyone to care?

You could have used recorded delivery or special delivery, you didn't, your problem.

On the other hand DVLA are twunts but I always win against them. Tip, try asking under what law they plan to revoke your license.
