Anyone know if there is a pdf shop manual for the RD125LC? or a good/cheap mechanic in the Norwich area?

For some reason on the way home the other day mine decided to keep jumping out of gear, finding a box of neutrals and not going past 2nd.

There's a 16mb Parts/Repair manual available for download using eMule.
