is a limited edition R6 - but does anyone know what is so special about it, or is it just the colour?

out of my territory i'm afraid with sports bikes. You could ask slimjim or joe. They both have sports bikes

The names I generally hear are Akropovic and Blue flame but I couldnt really tell the difference between them and a piece of scaffold tube Laughing

I have a Predator full stainless system on my Transalp and it sounds ok but not nearly as menacing as Fosters Akro's and had a Motad full stainless system on my zx10 and that sounded ok.

I have a twin port titanium blue flame exhaust on mine, gives it a nice bit of a burble at low revs and sounds good when gunning it a bit. I've left the top baffle in and removed the bottom which just gives it a deeper noise. Looks good as well, unless you drop a giant sprocket nut socket on it Embarassed Road legal too with the baffles in, although it did pass the mot with the bottom one out at p&h... I think they may have been lenient...
