Looking for a 4 stroke reliable scoot, 100-125cc.

My mate is looking to do The Knowledge in our fair capital city. Can anyone recommend a reliable scooter that will return a high m.p.g?

He went to Doble's (Honda dealer) and they tried to sell him a Honda Lead.

Any thoughts on this bike or alternatives?

If he must buy new the Honda ANF125 Innova is a much better scooter then the lead.
About 500 quid more but you get better suspension, front disc brake, bigger wheels, more powerful motor, gears and a bigger frame.
Plus classic crunchy heritage

But if its just to hack around London on with a clipboard there is no better secondhand buy then a C90/Townmate 80.
