Woo! Finally got the word on my new job! Start with the RAF (again) on the 28th November!

No more BT, phone lines and broadband for me! Very Happy Dance!

Just out of interest, anyone else here in the RAF?

Thanks guys! I've really wanted this for quite a while, and it's been hard work to get back in, with a lot of fighting!

As to the question: You have an annual appraisal, and generally it's between 3-5 years.

Two different jobs, how dare you confuse us!

Well done mate, great job. I've been in RAF air traffic for six years now. If you need any help or advice, give me a shout. Think I might even have all my old course notes!

Enjoy Halton and Shawbury Thumbs Up

Well done Thumbs Up I saw the title of this thread and my first thought was... Join the army! Laughing

I'm joining the army (RMP Wink) should be in early next year, just need to get fit and hope my shins dont play up again. If not then I might try something like the RAF, if they do less running than the army that is! Laughing

Good luck Thumbs Up
