Is there any make of screens that are probably the ones to avoid?

Im buying a smoked one for the ZX7R and it seems like an Airblade is cheap....but is there a reason for this?

Thanks

K Thumbs Up

Airblade don't fit all bikes nicely, i had one for my R6 & there was big gaps where the holes didn't line up & the shape was wrong.
Think it was someone with a GSX-R who had the same problem.

I've got two F.Fabri Screens, one for My SV and One for my CBR, they both fir really well.

I'll put some pictures up when i get home of them.

https://www.bikebitzuk.co.uk/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=76&zenid=07b9322e97d29436c9ba93530cd122f8

Thats the link to the Fabri page, their not too expensive either.

The only other screen I have had is a powerbronze on, seems to me that they are the only thing that Powerbronze make that doesnt fit properly.

I wanted a smooth one, not one with a bump in the middle.
Do they do those as well?

Lots of aftermarket ones tend to be double bubble( with the bump in the middle) most should do standard shapes too though.

I bought an airblade for my 6r and it was rubbish, the fit was very poor. Ended up getting a MRA / Kawasaki screen and it does a great job. Thumbs Up

I've got Airblades on both the 'storm and the 'ace. very happy with them.

The one on the storm has a dirty great spider-crack where it's been hit by a stone or something, but it's still intact and rock solid.
