I posted about this a year ago,

they are supposed to be for walkers you turn them on it warms up then you turn it off,

sort of like a bed and a leccy blanket, you provide all the heat , tis worthless without hooking it up to the bike battery which Mr Z drew a complex schematic to bodge.

I used to use heated inner gloves, regularly forgot to disconnect myself before I got off the bike. Now I have heated grips, but they are wired direct to the battery and I am getting fed up of coming back to the bike after an 8 hour shift at work to find a dead battery Embarassed


mental note to self - sort the bloody wiring out

that vest one seemed interesting.

says if you left on for whole time would last about 40-50 mins.

well buy a 12 pack of recharge batteries and have a charger at work and home.

I can have warm journeys both ways this winter \o/
