So can anyone spot any flaws with this laptop?

Looks good to me but you guys are pretty good on here.

I'm after a laptop with similar specs to that by a decent manufacturer so if anyone knows of any good deals at the moment feel free to post up as it needs to be by 25th December Razz

Not sure if it's the same one but a very similar spec. Just gutted it has Windows Vista, heard nothing but bad reviews about that Laughing

Personally I quite like Vista, been running it on my Media Centre and it's been considerably less hassle than XP ever is, though I've stuck with XP for my laptop for compatibility. But Vista runs games incredibly well, and keeps the whole system stable during it so you can pause and go to desktop really easily.

With regards to the Toshiba it looks pretty good, but my mate bought a Harman Kardon modified version of that laptop, with upgraded sound and stuff.But in the 8 months he's had it, he's had to send it back 9 times. 7 times for a new DVD/RW drive, once for the HDD, and once for the screen. I don't think I've ever heard of things breaking that easily. And the warranty will run out soon.
