It has to be the king of sandwich meats, even the smell can turn a vegetarian back to loving meat.
Just had a bacon and egg sandwich with a pint of stella and i feel sooooooooooooooo satisfied. ____________________ Quietly and consistently taking the piss.

Someone at work brought in a George Foreman grill recently, so instead of working we just sit around eating bacon and egg sarnies looking very pleased with ourselves ____________________ NSR 125F > BROS 400 > NC30 > BROS 400 > Trumpet S4 > '97 VFR 750 |

Because it tunes into our cannibalistic instincts (and cannibalism was rife up to 50 years ago esp in places like China with the 2 great leap forward famines).
Ever been near a car that has burned while somebody was trapped inside the smell is kind of familiar.... ____________________ Spain 2008France 2007Big one 2009 We all die. The problem is with super market bacon is that it doesn't fry well, they add wall paper paste , and inject a ton of water into it,
Try dry frying some super market bacon and you'll see this white crud come out which you have to pour away before it will fry properly (else it just boils the bacon),
To fry bacon you need some good quality stuff the freshly killed meat place near BWFC does some good bacon costs a fair bit though , or buy a joint and cut it yourself. ____________________ Spain 2008France 2007Big one 2009 We all die. I always avoid the watered cheap bacon - British, thick cut dry cured FTW.
I completely de-fat the main section of the slice of back, and gently grill for a butty.
Then slow grill the streaky bits another day untill they're crispy as fuck, with some creamy scrambled eggs and a couple of butter grilled flat mushrooms, mmm heaven!!!
The cheap bacon is also usually dutch or danish - read up on how those countries treat their pigs. Sow stalls, anyone? ____________________ CBR125|||GSXR400|||CBR400|||CBR400|||CB250RS|||GSXR750|||CB250RS

Thick bacon on buttered farmhouse bread with a dollop of HP. Yumm.
I know a few veggies who go weak at the knees when the bacon is being dished around, can't beat it |

Mmmmmmmm... bacon....
Nothing makes me happier than going out on the piss on a Saturday night, and waking up to a gorgeous bacon sandwich the next morning to soak up the hangover! Extra ketchup please ____________________ "One moment can change a day, one day can change a life and one life can change the world." Siddhartha Gautama |

Danish bacon rulez!
Proper danish bacon anyway, from actual denmark. Only problem being it was a nightmare trying to find HP sauce in any of the supermarkets in Copenhagen.
Cue me running from shop to shop asking what danish was for 'HP'! ____________________ Past: '96 Thundercat, '02 ZX636R (A1P), '58 KTM 690 SM LC4 Current: '06 ZX636R (C6F)
