Mirrors!

i'm about to take my 50 in for an mot in a few days, do i need both mirrors on because a took my left one off a while ago and not sure whether i should panic to find it again Shocked

Mirrors are not an MOT requirement.

As above, the majority of my bikes havent had mirrors on because I chose to remove them! Cool

mine passed with one mirror (my 50 it had no mirrors at all, good job too they were dreadful!) borrowed one of a mate for good measure and it passed easy.
altho looks like you dont need any at all Thinking

Dan, i'm not too sure about mirrors i always thought you had to have at least one (I'm probably wrong). But check none of your lights or indicator lenses have cracks in them as that (depending on MOT chap) is a fail.

remove the mirror for the MOT and replace it afterwards, I think mirrors like indicators only have to work if fitted.

My bike had no lights, no mirrors, no brake light, not alot really. Just the horn and the speedo and reflector and passed! Laughing
