i dont know what package ive got though, so i dont know how fast its supposed to be.

All these tests do is tell you how fast the program could download and then upload a certain amount of data at the time you did the test.

If traffic is high on any part of the network when you try it it can slow down a bit.

Try testing it during a quiet period (i.e. in the middle of the night)

Nope I'm on ResNet I don't tend to get that speed all the time, and downloads tend to run at about 8mb/s, which is really fast as far as I'm concerned Wink

Only downside is no internet gaming which is just.. annyoing more than anything.
