and was wondering what you guys thought of a Multistrada as a tourer?

I lust after a Ducati but will mainly use it for touring!

I think it kicks arse, also manages to somehow look good with hard panniers Confused I'd take it over a Triumph tiger anyday, and thats another bike on my possible tourer shopping list.

Another to consider is the Aprilia Caponord (sp?)

the Multistrada is a very capable tourer, with matching hard luggage available for it.

Make sure you get the seat sorted tho, it's VERY hard.

I was looking at the hard panniers.

although I am braising myself for the price.......

I do love the look of it. And it must be nice and grunty!

LOADS of grunt.. I was riding my mate's when we swapped for a ride home one day.

Bearing in mind I'm normally on an FJR1300, I was very surprised at just HOW much grunt it had..
