I'm pretty good at it now, new keyborad nbut the keys are in the

Self taught touch typer, it was weird changing from a PC to a laptop keyboard, but now I'm used to it I have no problems. Would be interested to know how fast I touch type actually.

oh yeah but I don't do it with all me fingers as you are supposed to do them primarily the first two fingers next to me thumbs and me thumbs to use as space bar,

you just need to use the nipples of the keyboard ie J anf F usually,

thing is you get used to a QWERTY keyboard so you go to France and you type deadly slow.

70wpm with minimum 95% accuracy. One of the most useful things I ever learnt. Uni coursework was a doddle, and I could do secretarial temping during uni hols instead of working in a bar or shop.

I did a two-week evening course when I was about 16 (before computers were invented...), but I believe you can get good software these days.
