What make you cringe?

Not OTT stuff like someone who's just been blown up but little things that make you cringe or stuff you can't look at.
For me, it's broken noses, i can't stand the thought of it & can never look at a picture of someone with a broken nose.

Even now i can't do a Google image search without pulling some weird face.
