THey don't and he's knows it and has found a nicle little loophole in the law which he is abusing....
Time he was sued for racism.....

Made worse by the fact the guy not even British.... Hes a F'in yank....

This tribunal judge (or whaterver they are called) should tell him that the case will be dismissed unless he toe's the line.

Some of the Uni should have counter sued if he has been putting false app's in under other peeps names and wasting their time.... Certainly should have been reported to police as id theft.....

My wording was wrong it should read. why on earth would any employer... employ this man, knowing if you dont it's deemed racist if you do he will find a way to make a claim when he leaves.

he must be one of the most hated people in his town/city...

He has given me an idea though.
Look through the paper, find a job you are vaguely qualified for and send off 2 app's one as John Smith and one as Mr Hussain, malik, de menezes ....you get the idea.
Same qualifications, same work history etc.. See who gets an interview.

Already done.

I applied for a certain public sector position; while chatting about it with one of my lithe young asian girls, she expressed an interest but panicked when she realised the closing date was the next day. I emailed her my application, and she basically just slotted her details into the form, and where I'd written 'detainee' on the core skills scenarios, she wrote 'prisoner' to reflect her current line of work.

I failed specifically on the core skills - yet she passed, despite that part of her application being identical to mine.

Go figure.
