My joints are aching too.

It's going to be one of those winters.

Old age and the constant abuse of the body when I was younger is taking it's toll.

Remember when your mother says wrap up warm or you will feel it when you get older? Well, she is right.
Also all those little get offs and broken bones you got when you were younger all come back to haunt you.
