bandit 600 suspension upgrade?

Hi, Just having recently aquired a 96 bandit 6, I have found the suspension to be utter SHITE, far too soft and no way near enough damping for my fat arse.

the bike is my mile muncher which i can live with all of the other bad things about it but i cant keep riding the thing if i try riding it fast like i have been.

so my questions is, is there an affordable upgrade to the bandits suspension nothing bank busting something alot more stiff out there at least. I have got a bandit 12 rear shock which i got from ebay but what about the front?
Anyone rekon i should do anything to the front or not bother with the b12 shock?

I think ive seen front springs go for £60-80 somewhere.

can anyone share some advice please

I remember seeing a bandit on here with Tl1000 forks, that has to be an improvement, maybe some gixer stuff of a similar age will bolt on.

thats alot of work for an £800 bandit that i dont intend to keep for more than 2 years the very maximum.

I was hoping some peeps had experience of respringing the 600 bandit to corner better as thats where all the fun is at.

2nd hand hagon shocks crop up.

Early gsxr750 shocks with the remote damping fit.

Other than that your screwed on the ££ front.

I turned up 15mm spacers to pop in my forks, helped a little.
