Mine was sticking nastily the other week I think due to all the rain we've been having (north west). I sprayed GT85 (better wd40) in it and pushed my key in and out and turned it loads of times.
It didn't seem to make much difference at first but then after a couple of days it freed up and is really smooth now
You could maybe try heating your key up over the kettle and then putting it in the ignition, maybe those locks froze? Just don't use De-icer if this is the case. ____________________ Summer: '00 Honda CB600F Hornet

WD40 then chain lube.
