BCF member bish 777

I purchased an XJ600 from Bish777 on the 31st of March this year, on route to collecting the bike he informs me that the bike has had the front disc brake, caliper hoses and bolts removed from the left hand side, however he would include them in the sale (at the agreed price).

It was only when I got there that I was then informed that the parts were at his 'friends' house and he would have to post them to me. With him being a BCF member I accepted this.

I have contacted him approximately once every couple of weeks since purchasing the bike and he has always replied that 'he's getting it sorted'.

It has been EIGHT months since I bought the bike now. I think I have been far more patient than most people would have been. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt... but after EIGHT MONTHS I have had enough of been polite.

So, the purpose of this thread - Does anyone know him off here? perhaps they can give him a helping hand in posting these pretty major parts to me before the bikes due its MOT.

maybe hes got something going on? he hasnt been on here for some time now, well as far as i know. maybe hes dealing with a big problem thats taking a blow to him, or his friend has lost the parts and he's trying to replace them?

You will find that he has bigger problems than sorting you out.
Some times you having the parts can mean very little to someone that
has bigger things to sort out.
You should have cut the price of the parts off the price you paid for the
bike and paid that when you got the parts.

Are these problems so huge that he can't put a cheque in an envelope in 8 months?!

I can imagine some problems whereby he might not be able to for a couple of weeks or something, but 8 months?

I'm not saying you were at fault but you could have saved your self hassel
by knocking the price of the parts off what you paid until you got them.
Just because some one is on BCF does not make them a more secure
seller than any where else.
