My new bike: GSXR 750M

Well it popped up on ebay, Went and got it last night :) Tis a 1991 Suzuki GSXR 750 M Slingshot...Wanted one since the first time i read Streetfighters :D

Got a few bits and bobs with it too (Std back end, Brackets, Manuals etc)

Had to borrow the cash for it, Not going to ride it till the weathers good again; A: Because i want to change a few things B: Its not paid for (yet)

Dunno what the headlights will be like, Hopefully good cos i wanna keep them (Love the covers!) Will get them fork mounted. Want to change or lift up the back end a bit (Think its quite far down because it was the guys wife's bike - I assume its low as she's short?)

the back end is low as its a standerd replacement. be same height if you had the standerd bodywork.

That is a sweet bike, may I ask how much? I just bought a FZR750 to streetfighter lightly and I can't help but think that maybe I should have got one of these. I really like the look of the oil cooled motor and you don't have the huge radiator of a water cooled lump! Plus there's that frame, I love em. Then again, I can't imagine me finding one for under 600 quid in good nick

well im paying £400 for mine that needs the carbs cleaning out, an exhausts system and an oil cooler

Paid £850 for it, Taxed and MOT'd with 2 boxes of bits (Standard M model seat plastics, Seats, Seat hump, Brackets that were cut off for that yucky unatec seat unit, Rear footpegs, Manuals, Wee numberplate, Back sprocket, Indicators, Mirrors, Few random fairing bits, Other stuff i cant remeber!) Could do with a back tyre soon

Mo, Wouldnt mind the back end so much if it was level with the tank and/or a bit more tilted upwards, Tailpod itself isnt in proportion IMO anyways...Really like the M back end, No doubt it'll be getting put back on
