Does not a pregnant woman constitute a mother with child ?
I believe there have been precedence set where a pregnant woman has been murdered and the perpetrator has been charged for both deaths.
By that count the child is recognized as being a person and as such should be considered as one where parking is considered.
The child exists as a person and there for this woman is considered a mother. How she carries the child should not be at issue.
If she were to wear one of those back pack thingies to carry her child is she any less worthy of using the parking bays.
Also I don't believe having a child is a life choice.
It is for the majority the natural order of things.
On a personal note I wish her good luck and hope she gets some sort of satisfaction out of them .
If it was my wife I would be down there cracking skulls ____________________ meh |

Well its £90 , which is a fair bit of cash , call the papers say a 5 minute job, get your picture taken say 15 minutes.
And probably due to bad PR get your £90 back.
As said if more of us did this the law would probably be on ourside (then changed). ____________________ Spain 2008France 2007Big one 2009 We all die. Good point there. But I still stand with my original statement. |
Err, yes. Being overdue can last for two weeks until inducement, so not going anywhere 'just in case' is not always possible.
Also, for those who are saying that mother and child spaces shouldn't be available, try carrying a baby across the entire carpark to put it in the trolley. My son is 18 months and I find him heavy, let alone my ex, but he is not able to traipse round a supermarket.
Also, try getting a door open far enough in a standard space to get a child out of a car.
Cheers

i nearly had a punch up for parking in a disabled bay even though i was helping my other half into a wheelchair during a weekend visit home from the hospital as theres not enough space in between the cars in ordinary parking bays at tescos, while it was bloody obvious the wheelchair was needed, i was told it didnt count if i didnt have a badge, i didnt get a ticket though as i assumed the person making me angry knew he was going to get hurt ____________________ Do not presume that I am male. |
