I've heard of them destroying tyre valves, personally wouldn't bother with them as I don't ride at night so you wouldn't see them for a start. Laughing

Ekk I wasn't aware of them doing damage, I thought that they were only little led light bulb type things and therefore couldn't imagine them doing any damage, hmm, ok, maybe not then.

Personally I think they crap... maybe would look better in the tarty sense if they were on constantly rather than flashing.

Also preferably if they weren't on the valves, which they can damage.

Don't get blue ones, for the hassle you can cause others and yourself if police in a bad mood see you with them.

£15 is 1/6 of a track day, so about 1 session. That's a much better use of my money in my opinion.

Best place to put them is in the bin. Took the valve off my rear tyre. Dont even look that good when they work, which they don't do for very long.

They will rip your tyres valves off, and cause you to crash. And they look gay, and will piss other road users off.

Hi

Never used them, and no intention of using them, because on my FZ750 I had the front tyre valve split due to one of those extension pieces for a tyre valve. Doing about 65 with a pillion, hitting the brakes for a 40 limit and having the front tyre go flat is not fun, especially when the 40 limit started with a down hill bend.

Mind you, for a laugh, the AA man who picked us up ran out of fuel!

All the best

Keith

What can I say that's not been said mate? Expensive, Damage your tyres, and unreliable. Besides, who'd want to have anything in common with those idiot boy racers with the blue led's and kitchen lights all over their cars? Laughing

You felt the weight of a tyre fly and the weight of the balance weights on your wheels.... Bet they mean you need your wheel re balancing. Spend 15 quid on fuel and get out for a decent ride instead Cool
