Went to the bike show today and whilst on the Suzuki stand got 2 quote's for insurance via Express insurance (Official Suzuki insurance) which I thought were very good bearing in mind that I have just paid an additional £212 extra from the 1st Nov-4th Jan

1) Gsxr-750 K7 £290 (400 excess) 2 yrs NCB Fully comp/ unlimited mileage 3rd party cover on someone elses bike no security devices except standard Suzuki immobiliser. I am 37

2) Sv650 K8 £236 cant remember excess 0yrs NCB 0yrs bike experience (the wife hasnt passed her test yet) Fully comp they will also cover up to 30 days test is passed.

They quoted me £1500 on a cbr6f, tpft and im 17 with no no-claims. I got a quote for £600 off MCE.
