Hi all, just imported 2 very nice bikes into GTA Vice City, and they're fantastical Smile

. I've got a Duke of some description and a Yam 450 crosser Smile

While on the subject, does anyone know of a tweak that i can install so i don't need to have the CD in the drive when playing?
All help would be greatly appreciated Smile

No garantees that this will help, I just did a google search for no-cd because I can't remember the site I used to use gamecopyworld.com just go ram it in the search box at the bottom of the page and hope it works, otherwise try cracks.ambut don't be surprised if you get a few thousand popups from here.

I'm considering getting it for PC. I've near completed on PS2 round my brothers and I'm bored of all the vehicles I've unlocked on there and the cheat vehicles.

Are the graphics a lot better on PC? Providing you have a good graphics card obviously.

I'll probably get it when I get a new PC because this one is utter crap for games.

i cant paypal it mate, i signed up for paypal, they took money from my account then never gave me the authorization code they say the leave! i emailed them and they told me to fax all my credit card stuff to them in usa (no chance!)

How, out of interest, exactly do you make exrta bikes in it? etc? do they behave just like other bikes etc and be found randomly around the game?

Hi all.

If you're looking to download bikes for GTA Vice City, the best site is probably https://www.codenamevice.co.uk/downloads.asp . That's got both the ST4 and the Yam 450.

You need to download a piece of software called VCM (Vice City Mod Manager). you can get this from https://www.codenamevice.co.uk/content.asp?page=vcm .

To install your bikes, download VCM, install it to somewhere in your GTAVC Directory (doesn't matter where). When you download vehicles as a zip file, the zip will contain a VCM. Extract this to this directory on your drive (assuming you installed VCM in c:\program files , extract the VCM to C:\Program Files\VCMM\Mods\VCM
Run VCMM, and you should see the VCM you've just unzipped there. double click it, let VCMM do it's work, and you're done.

Next time you play vice city, you'll see your shiny new bikes just riding around the city. Treat them exactly the same as the generic bikes that come with the game. You can steal them, blow them up, or crash them.

Being a PC game, with a decent graphics card, the graphics in Vice City (PC) are far superior to the PS2 version. The game also has the benefit of being modifiable i.e. add new bikes and cars.

The only problem with Vice City is the CD is protected by a very tough copy protection, which means that borrowing your mate's discs, copying them and handing them back simply won't work. Hence my original problem. So, stu, if we could discuss you providing me with the nocd crack, and telling me how to use it, i'd be very grateful Smile

For those of you that are considering getting Vice City, I think it's a fantastic game, far superior to GTA3, with a great soundtrack, decent missions, cool bikes and nice weapons Smile

. I've only one bit of advice, and that's go get a copy Smile
