hiya all.
im looking to buy a personalised number plate for my bike. basically im interested in the 1 line show plates but not sure which size etc they are

can some people add a pic of the rear of there bikes with the dimensions of there plate please

much appreciated

one liner will look shite on the runner tbh mate. specialy with a top box! Laughing

just get a nice 6x4 or summin mate. plus less chance of a £30 fine each time ya get pulled Wink

cheeky sod Laughing i think 1 liners will look cool on a runner but i dont want to grab attention, my plate is actually 1inch smaller then standard but no one can really tell the difference

might go with 7 by 5.5 Very Happy

7x5 is a good size. one liner will look shite on your bike tbh mate.

If you get it done from a shop or online, it will tell you the size, most likely with a dislaimer regarding road use.

I posted a PDF file a little while ago about character sizes etc if that helps, might be on page 2 of this section. One line or 2, it doesn't matter because if it's for road use, as long as it's by the legal specs you can't be done where as if it's for show use, any size etc will do.
