Had several near death experiences from stupid cagers today, and i finally lost it. some dossy twat decided to stop half way out in my lane for no apparent reason. he saw me coming down the rode and just stopped half way right across my lane pulling out of a side turning. i was speeding and managed to stop cm away from him. i was shitting myself heart in my throat and shaking. I shouted at him what the fuck are you doing and he just sat there staring at me. so i kicked the wankers headlights in, glass cracked bumper fucked and i drove off with him in pursuit, came to traffic almost emidiatly so no chance of him catching me. what a wanker i hope he likes the repair bill. Still shaking a bit now... Neutral

i saw him a mile off, i was half expecting him to pull out but he did it at the last minute... i guess he didnt see me, but if hes just going to sit there and not even offer a SMIDSY he deserves it.

edit: forgot to mention i was a bit pissed off already from someone deciding that i shouldnt filter past him and blocking me in behind an island, multiple people cutting me up, and all the rest of it.

If i was driving a 3 ton lorry i wouldnt bully other ride users so what makes them think they can do it to me... probably just the l plates Evil or Very Mad

Must admit I tend to get angry and would possibly do the same if really pissed off. But I do think Ariel had slightly more justification for his actions, at least the guy wasnt actually rude to you.

Like above, you don't know he's intentions, could of been a million reasons why he stopped maybe even a new driver? I know it's stressful when someone pulls out but this guy's gotta fork out he's own money for what seems to be a mistake.

Cars edging out is normal, but speeding obviously doesn't give you much reaction time.

so you dont speed at night? empty roads, completley empty, me and this 1 car than decided to pull out right infromt of me.
Sfaty nazis i was doing 45 in a 30 at night, on a main road, no other cars.
The thing that pissed me off is that if he was going to go then bloody go! dont stop halfway in my fucking lane when the road is bloody empty! Or wait for me to go past then pull out!

Dont give me this speeding shit, you do not do 30mph at night on empty roads. Rolling Eyes

I am with the lad on the CBR125. Car drivers bully bikes into making them give way far to often, A SMIDSY is not much but at least there is a sorry in there, the dumb sitting in the car is no kind of apology. Banging the horn when you block the car in is worse, the Merc driver I had a recent altercation banged his horn, then he got owned on a speed bump.

I agree, Its the snidey/smirk which has always made me see red.

The smirk that says "I knew you were there, so what, im in my car what you gonna do about it", with them, used to road rage between other cars where its usually alot of hand gestures/tail gating/ main beams. Cunts, if you to that to me or CBR Milk face boy by the looks of it, you gonna have a repair bill.

Surely if you saw him a mile off, you could have probably slowed down to 30 or so, then he might have pulled out before you'd have to slow down any further, and you could just carry along, smooth riding.

Under any circumstances you shouldn't really resort to breaking someones headlights.

At the next junction you could have tapped on the persons window, and tell them that you nearly crashed into them because they wasn't looking.Probably would have been a better lesson learnt, compared to smashing there headlights

What about when they report you damaging their vehicle to the police? assuming they have your number-plate (it's a pretty big yellow box with letters and numbers specific to your bike). Surely it would be classed as a 'hit and run'? Confused

There could be lots of reasons he stopped in the middle of the road. Its unlikely he did it to purposefully lie in wait for you though.

So many near death experiences - maybe you need to look at your riding style?

No excuse for causing criminal damage like that. Too many people here seem to condone it.

I'd be surprised if he didn't get your number and report you. I would have if someone did that to my car.
