Im needing a front tyre for the SV before I take it to the MOT.
At the moment I have a BT010 rear BT020 front. Id like another BT but I cant afford just yet.
Ive seen a 2nd hand pirelli dragon mtr01 that will pass the mot.
Can I have BT rear and Pirelli front without noticing much difference?
IIRC I'm sure I remember someone saying its best not to have to different tyre makes Confused
I will only use the bike for work every other day, I wont be using it much over winter now..

Another for the SV - the front is 120/60/17 Can I put a 120/70/17 without it buggering things up - If so then I can put a BT014 I've seen instead of the Pirelli

Plenty on here mix n match tyres with no problems what so ever.

I have a 70 front instead of the standard 65, no problems with it. You'd maybe need to check that it won't catch the mudguard though.

make sure that the 120/60/17 isn't already a 10 up from the original. If that is the original tire size just make sure one would fit like the guy above said.
