Ebay is a business, they do well, they won't cut out the fees just because you can't get to grips with modern living.

Oh and FYI paypal is technically a seperate operation, therefore the seperate fee, yes its run by ebay as a company but its not just an ebay service... its an easy quick and convinenent way to send and receive money... if it bothers you that much have buyers send you a cheque and wait a week for it to arrive then a week for it to clear before you can send/receive the item!!

I have nothing against you Siggi don't get me wrong, I just think you're a bit deluded to the modern capatilistic (is that even a word?) reality....

Said my bit, feel free to rip my post to shreds, I probably won't reply as I don't normally get involved in this sorta stuff as its true what they say, arguing on the internet is like running in the special olympics!! no one wins....

And while we're fvcking at it, let me remind you that I put my money where my mouth is, un-sung as it almost always is. I offered you a very nice package of bits for far less than they were worth, as proved by the fact that I subsequently sold fewer of the bits you would have got for more money than I would have got from you.

You would have had a nice result, and the people who were due the earner would have had one too (which they got anyway).

I'm genuinely sorry I had already sold most of the stuff on Ebay by the time you'd changed your mind.

The forks are still available by the way. I've tried to sell them twice on Ebay, first time they failed at £200 (was then offered £190, which I refused), failed a second time at £150. They'll go ok in the summer probably, being the quality they are.

I digress. Make me a reasonable offer and I'll be happy to help, same as I was before, in between bitching about scumbag corporations who rip US (that's you and me) off.

Woahhhh hold up Siggi, I don't have anyyy problems over that, it was my fault! When you first offered me them I couldn't afford them (I tried to but couldn't justify it) and by the time I could you'd sold them, I never complained about it, thats life! (at least I don't remember complaining about it!) tbh I didn't even know it was you that offered me them, was so long ago and I'd long forgotten about them.

dont know why you brought that up tbh, but only reason I posted here is because you were trying to make the members of an ebay forum look like cnuts because you can't accept the way ebay works.

I'm all for lower fees I just don't see the point moaning about it on the internet where the important people will never see it.. I never said you are a hypocrite or anything....!
